Drafts of Updates to Functional Schedule for State Agencies

The Functional Schedule for North Carolina State Agencies went into effect December 1, 2017.  Beginning July 1, 2018, updated versions of the functional schedule will be released at the beginning of each fiscal year.  State agencies wishing to request amendments of any sort need to submit them to their records analyst by May 25, 2018.  Below you can find the current drafts of the functions that will be modified as of July 1.

The vast majority of the updates are additions that appear in the appendices, especially RC No. 133 (Correspondence) and RC No. 635 (Governing and Advisory Body Minutes).  If you have any questions, please contact your records analyst.
