Announcing: Managing Public Records for Local Governments

The State Archives of North Carolina, Government Records Section is pleased to announce the spring schedule for our workshop on Managing Public Records for Local Government

This workshop will cover records custodians’ legal responsibilities, key principles of records management, using a records retention and disposition schedule, managing electronic records, and e-mail as a public record.  All workshops are free and open to local government employees and elected officials.
