Reminder: 7 sessions left on Confidentiality and Filing Systems across the state

As of yesterday afternoon (9/25/2013), the Records Analysis Unit has given over half of the free workshops we’ve scheduled across the state on Confidential Records and Files and Filing Systems.

Here are some of the comments we’ve gotten:

“Beneficial for anyone that has filing systems, uses email and deals with any records.” (Files & Filing)
“Concise but useful.” (Confidentiality)
“Definitely recommend for new hires coming to work for local government.” (Files & Filing)
“Very informative!” (both workshops!)

While most of our attendees have been local government employees, we have had a few state employees come to these workshops. We encourage state government employees in regional offices to attend the workshops closest to them.

Below is a list of dates and locations for the remaining workshops. All workshops on Confidentiality start at 1:00 p.m., and all workshops on Files & Filing start at 2:30 p.m.
