Keeping Government Transparent by Preserving Government Records

Over the past several months, staff of the State Archives has worked with the Office of the Governor and ITS to identify and collect the paper and electronic records of the Perdue administration, including videos, images, emails, databases, press releases, Executive Orders, Proclamations, speeches, appointments, reports and more. So far, we have transferred over 100 boxes of paper records and 1 TB of data — a number we expect to multiply as we continue to collect and log records.
