The updated Records Retention and Disposition Schedule for County Register of Deeds Offices has been published and is now on the Government Records Branch website here.
The schedule needs to be approved in an open meeting of the Board of County Commissioners and signed by the Register of Deeds and the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners. The signature page is page i of the schedule. Please email, fax or mail a copy of the completed signature page to me for your records and keep the original in your office.
