2012 Municipal Schedule Published!

That’s right, the Records Retention and Disposition Schedule for Municipal Governments is official, published, and ready for your governing board’s approval! We have taken some records out (printing requests), combined others (the Information Technology Standard), and added new ones (citizen rebate programs). These particular schedule update is important because it will affect all the county schedules as we updated the personnel, IT, and budget standards. Be sure to review the changes in the language of the Signature Page as well as my previous post on the new policy in regards to administrative value.
